What happens when the technically gifted, the mathematically gifted, and the gifted ones get together to build bikes?

They build bikes, of course, and have fun. Lots of fun. Or, so we were were told.

During the Wesgroup Equipment Annual Planning meeting, Managers and Team Leads from all branches gathered to prep and plan for the upcoming year because, after all, a goal without a plan is just a wish.

A part of planning is also strengthening the ties across the Teams and what's better than building ties through the actual building of bikes?

The team split into five groups and used their brains, brawn, and everything else in between to build functional children's bikes that will now be donated to a local charity.
